By accessing or using Cheerillion ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cheerillion is a platform that allows users to create digital and physical group greeting cards for team celebrations including birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones. The Service includes:

  • Creation and management of digital group cards
  • Collection of messages and signatures from team members
  • Optional gift card contributions
  • Optional printed card fulfillment

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam, harassment, or offensive content
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Cheerillion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit, including messages, photos, and other media.

6. Payments and Refunds

Digital Cards: Digital cards are provided free of charge.

Printed Cards: Printed cards are charged at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds for printed cards may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if the card has not yet been sent to production.

Gift Card Contributions: Gift card contributions are processed through third-party providers. Refund policies for gift cards are subject to the terms of those providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Cheerillion, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEERILLION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
